Our History

omniCONTESTS was founded in 1996 by Executive Vice President, Patrick Seery. A client wanted to find a way to save time and money with his awards program. Mr. Seery consulted with the client and came up with the idea of transferring the paper forms onto compact discs and then redistributing the information to judges.

After witnessing the success of this idea, Mr. Seery saw the need for an online awards management solution, and a year later, omniCONTESTS put its first awards program on the Web. Since then, omniCONTESTS has grown to be recognized as the leader in online awards programs. Patrick Seery, Vice President

Pat is the Executive VP and Founder of OMNI Solutions Group, Inc. In 1996 he realized the benefits of bringing Awards Programs online and started omniCONTESTS. Pat is a numbers guy with degrees in math of and accounting. He is the father of 3, grandfather of 5. He’s also a Sudoku wizard!

Shital Shah, Client Support

Shital has been with OMNI since 2011. She’s the mom of 2 very busy kids, speaks 7 languages (very helpful with our international clients) and is responsible for “Fanatical Client Support.” She is a liaison between clients and our development team making sure we are constantly improving the customer experience.

Dan Naylor, Client Support

Dan joined OMNI in 2011. He has a degree in communications from Towson University and sounds like a radio announcer. Always unflappable, Dan is also responsible for “Fanatical Client Support”. He particularly enjoys onboarding new clients and helping them have a successful initial contest using our software.

Jae Han, CTO

Jae joined OMNI SG in 1999. As Chief Technology Officer, Jae is responsible for assuring that admins, applicants and judges are able to access omniCONTESTS 24/7 every day of the year! Jae is the father of 3 including twins. He has more certifications than we can mention here and he really doesn’t like quinoa.
